I am back!

Sorry for this long hiatus but I have been focusing on my studies; and now I am finally over!
My exchange semester is over, and I am going back to France after more than 6 months spent in Colombia in a few days.
During this period without posting, I have been studying so as to validate my semester, and I made it with a 3.84 GPA.
I am rather proud of myself as I studied in a language that is not my mother tongue and I managed to do it quite well.
I will make a post about all the things I have been through when I get back to France.
I will also do a shopping haul as I purchased quite a few things here.
Once again, sorry for this long time without posting.

First Tattoo Experience

Hi Guys!
How are you doing?
For those who follow me on Instagram and/or Twitter; you already know but I got my first tattoo last Friday.
I have been planning to get one for 3 years now. I have not done it before because I was not sure of the design, but I know I wanted it to be small - for a first one - and discreet so that it could be easily covered for internship or work.
So I finally got it last Friday and I am very happy of the result as it is as small as I wanted it to be and the location - on my right wrist - is exactly where I wanted to get a tattoo.
So this tattoo is my astrological sign - Sagittarius - but in a more feminine and fashinable way as it is not the common arrow you see.
It did not hurt that much as it is small even though it is on my wrist where there are a lot of veins and not so much flesh.
Indeed, after not feeling that much pain, I am already planning to get at least two more! ^^

Para los que me siguen en Instagram y/o en Twitter, ya se enteraron del hecho de que me hice mi primer tatuaje el Viernes pasado.
Estaba planeando tener uno desde hace unos 3 años ahora. No lo hice antes porque no era segura del diseño, pero sabia que queria uno que sea chiquito - par un primer tatuaje- y discreto para que sea mas facil de "esconder" para las practicas o el trabajo.
Asi que finalmente fui a un estudio de tatuaje para ello este pasado viernes y me re encanta porque esta tan chiquito como lo queria y el posicionamiento - en mi muñeca derecha - es exactamente endonde queria tener un tatuaje.
Este tatuaje representa mi signo astrologico - Sagitario - pero de forma mas feminina y de moda ya que no es la flecha que se suele ver.
No me dolio tanto ya que es pequeño aunque esta loclaizado en mi muñeca endonde hay muchas venas y no tanta "carne".
De hecho, despues de esta primera experiencia que no me dolio tanto, ya estoy planeando tener por lo menos 2 otros mas! ^^

Semana de Parciales : primer corte

(Este post va a ser unicamente en español)

Hola a todos!

Bueno hoy les voy a hablar sobre mi vida como "Colombiana" por procuracion, y mas precisamente de la vida estudiantil.

Primero, el tema de los parciales.

Esta semana fueron mis primeros parciales aqui en Colombia.

Y bueno, me parecieron muy diferentes a los que hay en Francia por las razones siguientes:

1. Las clases continuan durante todo la semana como lo normal

2. Solo hay 2 horas por materia

3. Ni siquiera todas los profes hacen parcial durante esta primera "sesion"

4. Hay mas parciales 

Osea en Francia durante los parciales, no hay clase, suelen durar entre 2 horas - para los idiomas- y 4 horas -para las materias de reflexion como Analisis Financiera o Manejo de Estrategia-.

Ademas, todos los parciales se toman durante una semana predeterminada desde el principio del semestre, y esta semana es la unica cuando los parciales se toman.

Segundo, los estudiantes.

Aqui parece que la gente tiene su Bachillerato mas pronto que en Francia. En la Universidad, algunos de los estudiantes tienen como 16 o 17 años y ya estan en 3ro o 4to semestre osea que ya tienen su bachillerato desde unos 2 años- en Francia se dice BAC+2. Yo tuve mi Bachillerato a los 17 años pero solamente porque soy de Diciembre, y en el nivel BAC+2 cumpli 19.

Y finalmente - por el momento- las instalaciones.

En la Universidad de la Sabana donde estoy estudiendo, todas las carreras son en el mismo campus, mientras que en Francia, cada carrera tiene su proprio campus aunque no esten muy lejos el uno del otro.

Asi que eso son las diferencias mas notables que ya he visto entre la Educacion en Colombia y la en Francia de mi punto de vista como estudiante extranjera aqui en Colombia.

Lace 'em up

Hi Guys!
As the title suggests, this outfit feature a lace-up piece; in this case flats.
I saw this kind of flats almost everywhere; and as I am a tall girl, I do not usually wear a lot of heels but more flat shoes. So when I spotted this pair in PIMKIE a few months ago, I had to purchase them.
When I wear them, I feel fashionable while not accentuating my height, and well it really feels good to know that I am not stuck to wear sneakers to the rest of my life - even though I someday could go broke because of purchasing so many types of sneakers-
What's more, as I am currently in Colombia I did not bring any of my heels; so with these flats I can totally go on a night out and still look night-out appropriate.
As a shoe addict, - I own around 50 pairs of shoes all styles included when I write this article (21.02.16)- , these babies are currently one of my favorite pair, and you will probably see me wearing them a lot more in the future!

Hola mi gente!
Como lo sugiere el titulo, este outfit tiene una prenda con lazos, en este caso son zapatos planos.
Vi este tipo de zapatos planos casi por todas partes; y como soy una chica alta, no suelo llevar muchos zapatos con tacones pero mas zapatos planos. Asi que cuando vi estos en PIMKIE hace unos meses, tenia que comprarlos.
Cuando los llevo, me siento de moda mientras no se acentua mi talla, y pues me siento muy bien sabiendo que no tengo que llevar solamente deportivas hasta el fin de mi vida - a pesar de que algun dia podria quedarme en la ruina por comprar tantas deportivas-.
Ademas, como estoy actualmente en Colombia, no tome ningunos zapatos con tacones, entonces con estos zapatos puedo salir de noche y lucirme apretada para la ocasion.
Siendo adicta a los zapatos, - tengo acerca de 50 pares de zapatos cuando estoy redanctando este articulo (21.02.16) -, estos bebes son actualmente unos de mis zapatos favoritas, y van a verme llevarlos mucho mas en el futuro!

As ou may have seen on Instagram - if you follow me of course-, I finally got THE ULTIMATE pair of white sneakers I was craving for months : the Adidas Superstar.
I bought the one with Black Stripes, and I absolutely love them!
I will definitely wear them a lot!
And I now plan to buy another pair of Adidas Originals in a short period of time, that is for sure.

Primer Dia en La Sabana

Hi Guys!
So today was my first day of classes in the University of La Sabana.
For this day, I decided to wear something quite simple, but yet fashionable.
I started my day at 9am by International Logistics in spanish, as I chose to attend almost all of my classes in Spanish so as to improve my spanish - that is currently almost fluent-.
The University is huge! But apparently it is one of the smallest ones in Colombia, I just cannot imagine how huge the other ones are.
I think, I will enjoy my time in this university as an exchange student!

Hoy fue mi primer dia de clases en la Universidad de la Sabana.
Para este dia, decidi llevar algo simple pero de moda.
Empece las clases a las 9 de la mañana por Logistica Interacional en español, porque escogi ateder casi todas mis clases en español para mejorar mi espanol - lo cual es practicamente fluido-.
La Universidad es enorme!Pero, nos han dicho que es una de las mas pequeñas de Colombia, no puedo imaginarme lo grande que son las demas.
Pienso que voy a disfrutar de mi tiempo como estudiante exterior en esta universidad!

Here is my first outfit post in Colombia.
I am still a little affected by the jetlag - here it is 6 hours behind Paris time - but I am happy to be here as I have always wanted to do an exchange semester in South America.
Now, let's talk about the Cropped pants I wore for this post.
I am quite tall - around 5"9- so it is quite difficult for me to find pants that fit me in length.
So I decided to go for some cropped pants, and I found those ones that are perfect worn with flats, sneakers, ankle boots or high heels.
They are from Zara and I purchased them last summer but could not really wear them. So now that I am in a country where the weather is quite hot most of the year, I will wear them more often.

Este es mi primer outfit post en Colombia.
Todavia estoy un poco afectada por el jetlag - aqui estan 6 horas menos que en Paris- pero estoy contenta de estar aqui porque siempre quise hacer un semestre en America del Sur.
Ahora, hablemos sobre los pantalones cortos que estoy llevando en este post.
Soy grande - acerca de 1m78- asi que es dificil encontrar unos pantalones suficientemente largos.
Entonces, decidi buscar unos pantalones cortos, y encontre estos los cuales estan perfectos con zapatos sin tacones, deportivas, botines o tacones.
Son de Zara y los compre el verano pasado pero no pude llevarlos como queria. Entonces, ahora que estoy en un pais en donde hace calor casi todo el año, les voy a llevar mas.

Hi Guys!
As you may have noticed, I am not really a girl of colours.
I stick to the same colour palettes : black, camel, olive, grey, navy and denim.
I am quickly starting to "inject" some coloured items to my wardrobe and I kinda like it!
I think I will start to wear more colours such as burgundy - I now own 2 or 3 pieces in this shade-, pale pink - I bought a faux fur waistcoat - or deep green. It will depend on which items I like (wink emoji).

All about hair

Hi guys!

So it's been quite a long time since I have last posted something about beauty!

So today I'll be talking about my hair changes during the last past months.

For going back to school, I want Red and I kept this hairstyle for less than a month as the hairdresser not really did it well.

Then I went red again but with braids, and the result was quite good even though I only kept it for about a week.

And now, I went back to a more formal color, that is dark brown.
